Project Partnership signed off with MADRA and EGTM

We are delighted to announce that we have signed off a Project Partnership with the Mallacoota & District Recovery Association to advance one of their priority community-led projects.   

The sum of $50,000 has been provided by the East Gippsland Community Foundation to ensure the East Gippsland Timber Milling Project gets under way in the area.  

This project will assist the farming community to utilise damaged timber from the Black Summer Fires of 2019/2020.  Mobile milling enables farmers to utilise sawn timber to rebuild fences, stockyards and the like.

The East Gippsland Timber Milling Project is seeking additional funds from other sources to continue operating in the area.
