Community Enterprise Foundation - A founding partner in community impact

Community Enterprise Foundation has been a partner of Gippsland Community Foundation since the very beginning.

In the aftermath of the Black Summer Bushfires, there was an urgent need for a trusted, local structure to receive and distribute publicly donated funds without placing additional burden on already stretched communities. Community Enterprise Foundation played a key role in supporting the establishment of GCF, enabling more than $8.8 million in bushfire appeal funding to be distributed into community where it was needed most.

Since then, they have remained a strong and consistent partner. As a co-funder, supporter, and founding presence within the Foundation, their commitment has helped shape how we work and grow.

That partnership continues through a $200,000 contribution to Generous Gippsland, strengthening both immediate grant funding and long-term funding capacity for Gippsland communities.

We thank Community Enterprise Foundation for their ongoing support and for backing a model that places trust in community.
